This sales-focused position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, results-driven professional to grow their career while making a meaningful impact within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an Auto and Home Insurance specialist, ensuring a seamless transition by scheduling post-sale appointments for the in-house service team.Proactively engage with agency-provided leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities.Cultivate referrals from new customers and expand business through personal and professional networks.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions within agency systems.Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.Operate in a fully sales-focused capacity; this role does not include servicing inbound customer inquiries or existing accounts.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of insurance experience required.Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required.Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.Must maintain a professional and reliable home office environment (subject to approval).Compensation & BenefitsBase salary of $32,000 – $38,000, plus uncapped commission potential.Performance-based bonus opportunities.Paid time off.Ongoing training and professional development.Opportunities for career advancement within the agency.Benefits available after 90 days of employment (Group health, Life, Disability, PTO).Work EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located in the South Texas area.Flexible work from home options available.Compensation: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
