Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.
This position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting legal documents andcorrespondence
· Maintaining files
· Electronically filing documents with State and Federal courts including NJ, NY, and CT
· Managing calendars
· Scheduling meetings and depositions
· Preparing trial documents
· Corresponding with clients
· Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
· 4+ years of recent litigation assistant experience
· Experience with probate litigation preferred
· Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
· E-filing experience in NJ required; NY and CT is a plus
· Strong MS Office knowledge
· Excellent communication skills
· Very organized
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
