Position Summary: We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Team Member to support multiple lines of business at Sunrise Sanitation. This role fills in across our Junk Busters, Sunrise Shred, and general labor operations - making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a variety of environments and likes to stay busy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials as part of junk removal operations
- Assist on document shredding routes alongside the route driver
- Help with general tasks around company facilities
- Fill in on routes across all lines of business as needed
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
- Operate company vehicles to and from job sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles
- Uphold all safety standards in every work environment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) repeatedly
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in general labor, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment
