We are seeking an experienced finance and accounting professional to join a growing advisory practice focused on delivering strategic financial solutions, operational improvements, and business transformation initiatives. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and a diverse client base to provide financial guidance, evaluate business performance, and implement solutions that improve organizational efficiency and financial operations. Responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. The role will also support finance transformation initiatives, including financial systems evaluations, ERP implementations, automation, and technology enhancements. Additional responsibilities include managing multiple client engagements, overseeing project deliverables, maintaining executive-level relationships, mentoring junior professionals, and contributing to business development and practice growth.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of seven years of experience in public accounting, financial advisory, consulting, or corporate accounting, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity. A strong technical accounting background, experience leading financial and operational improvement initiatives, and a thorough understanding of accounting processes and financial systems are essential. Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, or Workday is preferred, along with experience in financial transformation, process automation, and systems implementations. CPA credentials and prior public accounting experience are highly desirable.
