An experienced pharmacist is needed to manage a medium to high volume retail pharmacy in Fresno, CA. This 13-week contract position begins in the last week of August, with the potential to extend. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include accurately dispensing prescriptions, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and providing excellent patient care. Candidates should be proficient in using Rx30 pharmacy software and able to handle typical retail pharmacy operations efficiently. Managing prescription workflow and collaborating with pharmacy technicians are essential components of this role.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of six months retail pharmacy practice experience
• Experience managing medium to high prescription volume
• Proficiency with Rx30 pharmacy management software
• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred but not mandatory, as pharmacy technicians provide Spanish language support
