Mobile Automobile Service Technician
Location: Vision Ford Lincoln Wahpeton, ND Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20 per hour
Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Mobile Automobile Service Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our branddelivering high-quality servicing to customers on their terms. Whether it's performing routine maintenance or resolving urgent repairs, you'll bring our dealership's top-notch service directly to the customer's driveway or office.
Your role combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service, making every interaction a memorable one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to perform services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and light repairs.
- Utilize mobile diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
- Provide customers with transparent communication about services required and their vehicle's condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your mobile service vehicle and equipment.
- Collaborate with the dealership's service team to coordinate appointments and special requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols and dealership standards at all times.
