• Location: Las Cruces, NM
• Start Date: 08/18/2026
• Shift: Clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Need coverage for 7-10 days/month including call and elective OR
• Hours/Week: Flexible based on coverage needs
• Employment Type: Locum/Per Diem
• License/Certs: NM License preferred
• Experience: Prior OB-GYN experience required

Pay & Benefits:

• Rate: Flat rate of $5,850 per day (all-inclusive) with 24 hours gratis; clinic and OR days paid at regular hourly rate

What You'll Do:

• Provide OB-GYN clinical care in outpatient and elective OR settings
• Cover primary call during evenings and weekends, with FM residency attendings participating in call rotation
• Collaborate with APPs and CNMs to deliver patient care
• Manage a diverse patient population with varied OB-GYN needs
• Support clinic-based visits, prenatal and postpartum care, and gynecological procedures
• Participate in call coverage rotation as needed
• Ensure compliance with all patient care standards and hospital policies

What You Need:

• Valid NM medical license (preferred)
• Proven OB-GYN experience
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
