Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC units, mini-splits).
• Educate Customers: Walk homeowners through their options clearly and honestly. No high-pressure sales tactics-just expert recommendations.
• Lead by Example: Maintain a clean, organized company truck and represent our brand with professionalism.

What We're Looking For

We need a seasoned pro who can hit the ground running. Here is what it takes to join the crew:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience is required.
• Installing and repairing AC units
• The Right Attitude: High integrity, great communication skills, and a belief that doing the job right the first time is the only way to do it.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 4 hours at one time

Skills

• HVAC technician (5 years of experience is required)
• Residential HVAC (3 years of experience is required)

• Inspecting
