About the Role:

As a House Supervisor at Wagoner Community Hospital (WCH), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hospital, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that our hospital runs efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Certification in healthcare quality or patient safety

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage hospital staff, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnel
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during your shift

Skills:
