Coffee Barista Lead

Overview The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. Duties include getting guests and preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order, being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests’ questions. The role includes operating all machines in the coffee shop and understanding the recipes of the beverages. May perform backup duties to the Coffee Shop Manager, including ordering product, completing inventory, and required reports. Responsibilities Assist guests with beverage and food orders, ensuring accuracy and high service quality. Operate coffee shop machines and maintain familiarity with beverage recipes. Perform backup duties for the Coffee Shop Manager such as product ordering, inventory management, and the completion of required reports. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age.
