If those values resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home here. What You’ll Do Deliver comprehensive eye care — medical and vision — with clinical excellence, empathy, and thoroughness. Manage and co-manage a wide range of ocular conditions, including dry eye, myopia management, and ocular disease. Partner with technician/scribes, optical specialists, and patient care coordinators to ensure a seamless and uplifting patient experience. Document accurately and efficiently in RevolutionEHR, finalizing all records same day. Value patient education over speed — you’ll typically see ~2 patients per hour, allowing time for personalized care and conversation. Collaborate on continual process improvement, protocol development, and case reviews. Engage with our team-based metrics and contribute to shared accountability through our proven process.
