EMT or Paramedic (Clinic Manager)

Medcor is looking to hire a full‑time EMT or Paramedic to be the Clinic Manager at our construction site clinic in Palmetto, GA. The hours for this position are Monday – Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. In this position, you will provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling. You will also be responsible for the clinic operations, collaborating with key client stakeholders, including health, safety, environmental, HR, and benefits professionals, as well as medical and operational leadership at Medcor. A typical day in the life of a Medcor Clinic Manager Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence‑Based Medicine protocols (the Medcor Care Protocols – MCPs) Build and maintain internal team relationships Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts Collaborate with client health, safety, environmental, and HR/benefits professionals on clinic matters Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs) Case management OSHA record‑keeping General administrative duties You Must Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team Hold valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification Have strong computer and technology skills (including EMR software) Be physically capable of lifting a 50‑lb emergency response bag Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a positive, outgoing personality Be willing to go above and beyond for the betterment of patients Passionate about people and delivering the best care possible Be able to have fun on the job It’s a Plus If You are comfortable working in a construction environment You have relevant occupational health experience You have experience in emergency medicine or critical care Benefits Paid time off Health and dental insurance 401(k) with match Education reimbursement Additional benefits per company policy Medcor is a tobacco‑free and smoke‑free workplace.
