Luxury Product Manager - Flexible Boutique Leadership

Summary As Manager, Product you will act as a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving the performance of a defined product category within the Westfield UTC boutique. You will coach and develop a diverse in-store sales team, partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment and business planning, and deliver an elevated client experience through leadership and market representation. Responsibilities Coach, inspire, and manage boutique sales teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business targets Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge, service delivery, and CHANEL savoir faire Own the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and collaboration with Home Office buying Use KPIs and performance insights to drive team and business improvement Represent the brand in the local market and develop the client base through community partnerships and events Maintain boutique image and operational standards to support business results Requirements Minimum 5 years of related retail experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven people leadership and strong communication skills Passion for client experience and knowledge of luxury product and brand heritage Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays; in-store presence required Ability to lift 15 lbs; foreign language skills preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
