Sign On Bonus FT $3000 PT $1500

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitoring and reporting resident conditions and concerns to nursing staff
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and vital signs

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Assist with mealtime and feeding, including setup and cleanup

• Participate in activities and outings with residents

• Respond to emergencies and urgent situations as needed
