Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative – Cable Tray

Location: Greenville, SC

MP Husky LLC, a leading manufacturer of Cable Bus (CABL-BUS) and Cable Tray systems, is looking for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our Cable Tray team in Greenville, SC.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, staying organized, and helping move projects from inquiry through order. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated team member who communicates well and is eager to learn our products and industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales partners, serving as a trusted resource.
• Learn MP Husky’s Cable Tray products, capabilities, and applications
• Understand customer needs and help identify the right products and solutions
• Prepare and support quotes, orders, and project information
• Manage customer requests and orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment and proactively resolving issues.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and other internal teams to keep projects moving
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and order information in company systems
• Help identify opportunities for repeat and additional business
• Provide a high level of customer service and follow-through

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related role preferred
• Manufacturing, industrial, construction, or electrical industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Proficient with business software and capable of quickly learning new systems and processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sense of urgency and follow-through
