Detail Technician

Join the Auffenberg Dealer Group as a Detail Technician in O'Fallon, IL. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance of our vehicles, ensuring each one meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation before reaching our customers. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, to company standards. Prepare vehicles for delivery by washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing. Inspect vehicle surfaces and repair minor blemishes or report major issues to management. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties. Work efficiently to meet daily detailing targets. Requirements Previous experience in auto detailing or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Benefits Competitive pay rate of $15-$17 per hour, paid weekly. Opportunity to work with a respected and growing dealership group.
