Duties
Duties
- Identify and connect with top talent through strategic sourcing and outreach
- Use advanced search techniques (including Boolean) and platforms like LinkedIn to find the right candidates
- Build targeted pipelines by mapping out competitor and industry talent pools
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, partnering closely with leadership and clients
- Play a key role in matching great people with great opportunities
- A structured 90-day training program designed to set you up for success from day one
