Assistant Manager

Get Air Trampoline Park in Fayetteville is looking for an Assistant General Park Manager. The role is in a fast‑paced, fun‑centric environment where you’ll help lead a team that creates lasting memories for customers by delivering a safe, healthy, and enjoyable family experience. Responsibilities Assist in managing all park operations. Assist in managing and training employees. Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators to increase park profitability. Clean and maintain equipment and the building. Assist with inventory control. Handle customer service issues. Help control park expenses. Reach out to community members to market the business. Qualifications One or more years of supervisory or management experience. Strong decision‑making, oral and written communication, conflict management, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and some major holidays. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Benefits The Assistant General Park Manager can expect to earn up to $21.00 per hour (base rate $15.00‑$18.00 per hour) plus tips, bonuses, and commissions.
