• Internal Medicine Physician with interest in outpatient geriatric value based care

• Full-time employed position

• Outpatient only setting

• Join a well-established 12 provider practice

• Site functions as a teaching location for medical residents

• Focus on value based care with outcomes driven care plans

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care

• Lead or participate in initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness

• Small patient panels with approximately 12 to 15 patients per day

• Regular Monday through Friday schedule

• Competitive salary around 250000 USD depending on experience plus bonus opportunity
