Customer Service Representative

Remet Corporation is seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on order-management role in which accuracy matters. Our customer orders can include multiple products, quantities, pricing terms, shipping instructions, delivery requirements, documentation, and customer-specific details. The right person will enjoy working through those details carefully and making sure an order is right before it moves forward.

What You'll Do

• Review customer purchase orders and instructions for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in our ERP system, including products, quantities, pricing, dates, shipping information, and special instructions.
• Double-check entered orders against source documentation and identify discrepancies before processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Shipping, Finance, Quality, and outside warehouses to keep orders moving accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer-specific pricing, shipping instructions, account notes, and documentation requirements.
• Provide customers with invoices, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, and other required documents.
• Respond to customer questions, changes, delays, and issues with professional and timely follow-up.
• Track open items and follow through until questions and issues are resolved.
• Follow established procedures, ISO requirements, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, order-entry, inside sales support, manufacturing, distribution, or business experience preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
• ERP or order-management system experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
