Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Specialist based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, coordinating inventory and operations, and optimizing procurement strategies to support business goals. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing supply chain performance, maintaining inventory levels, managing vendor relations, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management
- Work with suppliers in USA, China, Dubai, Oman, India and Korea.
- International experience prefered.
- Implement cost improvement strategies across the board.
- Strategically develop new suppliers to meet customer timelines.
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Operations Management and related processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools is a plus
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
