Job Description: Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an potential opportunity for a civilian Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Surgeopn atNaval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) in California.Details: -Great Patient Population -Out-Patient Clinic -Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0700 – 1600 hours, weekend and holidays. -Shifts provided between Monday through Friday will normally be scheduled for 8-hour period, not including an uncompensated30-minute lunch break -In no instance will the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period -No nights, No weekends, No holidays -Call responsibilities include a minimum of two (2) overnight call shifts per month, and one (1) weekend call shift every three(3)months. -Overnight call coverage is defined as on-call availability from 1600 to 0700 the following morning. -Weekend call coverage is defined as continuous on-call availability from 0700 Friday through 0700 Monday.
