POSITION: Sales Associate REPORTING TO: Boutique Manager LOCATION: Miami Design District, FL POSITION SUMMARY: As a Salesperson at John Hardy, you are an ambassador for our brand and its values, creating an exceptional experience tailored to each client’s needs. You will play a key role in client conversion and retention, driving revenue and building lasting loyalty. You will work alongside a diverse sales team and report to the Boutique’s leadership RESPONSIBILITIES : Client Development Build and grow a personal book of top clients through regular, personalized outreach. Use clienteling tools and marketing resources to engage current clients and attract new ones. Capture and maintain accurate client data to personalize every future interaction. Deliver a consistent, warm experience at every stage of the client journey, from first visit through after-sales care. Sales and Service Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s overall sales and profitability plan. Understand each client’s needs and guide them to the right piece. Make every client the priority, creating a warm and hospitable experience in every interaction. Champion new product launches and key business initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product categories. Stay current on industry and market trends to identify new selling opportunities. Operations Support inventory control and help achieve shrink objectives. Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, backstock organization, and housekeeping to current brand guidelines. Follow all retail operating and security procedures, handling merchandise with care to protect clients, colleagues, and company assets. Partner with the support team on repairs and keep clients informed through completion. Adhere to the wardrobe policy. Teamwork Communicate openly and constructively with colleagues, taking a flexible, solution-oriented approach. Partner with the team to deliver a consistent client experience and contribute to a positive store environment. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Required Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury sales, retail, or a related client-facing role. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Exceptional client relationship-building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort point-of-sale (POS) and clienteling/CRM systems. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Fine jewelry or watch sales experience. An established client book. Keyholder experience is a plus. Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish.
