Job Description:
The Ultrasound Tech will perform various imaging procedures and must be competent in abdominal, GYN, OB, neonatal, superficial structures, and vascular imaging. Procedures include aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasounds for abdominal, GYN, OB, neonatal, and vascular assessments.
- Conduct procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, and drainage.
- Handle equipment like Canon i700, Meditech EMR, and Fuji Synapse PACS.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Experience as a full-time sonographer for at least 3 years.
- ARDMS certifications in AB, OB, RVT.
- Active BLS certification (AHA certified).
