What You'll Do As our Talent Hunter, you'll play a critical role in supporting our growth by identifying, attracting, hiring, and onboarding top-performing employees across multiple departments. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through hiring and onboarding. Recruit for a variety of positions including HVAC technicians, installers, plumbers, electricians, comfort advisors, customer service representatives, dispatchers, managers, and support staff. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in a competitive labor market. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates. Conduct phone interviews, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews. Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, career days, and community outreach initiatives. Create engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities. Sourcing & Networking Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referral programs, trade schools, networking groups, and industry events to identify talent. Build relationships with technical schools, vocational programs, military transition programs, and workforce development organizations. Continuously seek new and innovative ways to source talent beyond traditional recruiting methods. Maintain an active presence in the local workforce community to strengthen the company's employment brand. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Ensure every candidate receives a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process. Facilitate new hire orientations and help employees start their careers with confidence and excitement. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new team members have the tools and resources needed for success. Serve as a culture ambassador who helps communicate company values, expectations, and opportunities. Work closely with leadership and department managers to support organizational growth. Contribute ideas that improve recruiting processes, onboarding experiences, and employee engagement initiatives. Help foster a positive, high-performance culture where people feel valued and supported. Participate in special projects and workforce planning initiatives as needed. Qualifications Preferred Experience Recruiting experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, restoration, or home services industries. Experience with high-volume recruiting and skilled trades recruiting. Experience conducting interviews and facilitating orientations. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with social media recruiting and employment branding. Bonus Points Experience supporting rapid company growth. Experience building referral programs and recruiting campaigns.
