Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire date. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire date. NIH Stroke Scale Certification or must obtain by end of orientation. Minimum of 1 year experience working in an emergency department or acute care setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably MediTech. Previous experience in a high‑volume urban emergency department.
