Responsibilities Complete PLACE Launch program to align with our systems and hit the ground running. Execute lead generation systems weekly and convert prospecting activities into appointments. Consult with buyers and sellers at a high level — converting sellers to listings and buyers to signed agreements. Price strategically, advise on staging, and deliver full‑service listing expertise from day one. Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients. Track tasks and activities to stay sharp and accountable. Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and Partner Call. Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session with Chris and ongoing team trainings. Demonstrate the professionalism and consistency that sets top producers apart. Qualifications You're a fit if you are: Team player Licensed real estate professional 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth‑minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Are serious about hitting and exceeding your 2026 goals Compensation $75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly.
