OTR CDL A Company Driver – Guaranteed Minimum Pay $1,750/Week Must have 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience to apply

What We Offer:

✅ Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Pay:
$1,750/week for Conestoga Flatbed / Stepdeck
$1,500/week for Dry Van
$10,400 Sign-On Bonus
Conestoga & Dry Van Options Available
Pay Options:
Per Mile: $0.65 – $0.90 CPM
Percentage Pay: 25% – 30% of Load Revenue
️ 14 Days Out / 2 Days Home
1099 Position & W-2

Driver Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years CDL A Experience
Minimum 1 Year OTR Experience
Valid CDL A License
Minimum Age: 25
Clean MVR
Must Pass Drug Test
No DWI/DUI History

Note: Minimum Guarantee eligibility is based on driver performance.
