Position:  Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room
Location:  Augusta, Georgia
Contract Length:  14 Weeks
Shift:  Day Shift – 4x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Start Date:  06/08/2026
Openings:  1 Position

Compensation

• Local Pay Package: $2,600 – $2,700/week
• Traveler Pay Package: $2,800 – $2,900/week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Emergency Department assignment. The facility is a large, busy Stroke and STEMI Certified hospital requiring strong emergency care experience and prior travel nursing background.Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups
• Perform patient triage and emergency assessments
• Administer emergency medications and IV therapies
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies
• Manage trauma, stroke, respiratory, psychiatric, and critical care patients
• Maintain accurate charting in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

Required:

• Active GA or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years recent ER experience
• Previous travel nursing experience (Required – Hard Stop)
• Epic EMR experience (Required – Hard Stop)
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS Certifications

Preferred:

• TNCC Certification
• SANE Certification
• Trauma Level I/II experience
• Charge Nurse experience
