Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools
• In-depth knowledge of school-based intervention and assessment methods
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive, compassionate, and adaptable approach to therapy and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress according to student goals
• Coordinate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, including flexible after-school hours as needed
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and ethical standards
• Engage parents and caregivers in the therapy process to foster student success
