Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Madison, WI

Responsibilities

Develop competency in manual and robotic orthopedic case coverage through hands-on training
Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and CT-based software support
Prepare operating room equipment, instrumentation, and verify readiness before procedures
Troubleshoot technical issues during live surgical cases in the operating room
Provide on-call coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or associate degree with 4 years related experience, or high school diploma with 6 years related experience
Valid driver's license
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand for extended periods in operating room
Professionalism and focus in stressful surgical environments
Previous clinical experience in nursing, surgical technology, or related healthcare field (preferred)

Compensation: $59,900 - $83,300 USD annual
