Provide instruction, plan, and coordinate practices during the season, during the school year out of season (to include the limited contact periods) and during the summer. Work with the Principal and Athletic Department in developing the competition and practice schedule. Job Requirements: Perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Varsity Head Coach and the GCHS administration. Maintain knowldege of the sport, coaching techniques and follow the rules of the governing cheer associations. Assist in overseeing the security, maintenance and improvement of the cheer facilities and equipment. Assist in the yearly evaluations of all aspects of the cheer program. Job Qualifications: Successful coaching experience at the high school level is preferred but not required.
