Order SpecialistThe Order Specialist is responsible for performing daily customer order management tasks that ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and organization of the stockroom. We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business.ResponsibilitiesWorks merchandise processing during early morning or evenings (based on the schedule), unloading trucks, lifting boxes, merchandising products, climbing ladders, and working at a safe but fast pacePulls and prepares customer orders for pickupEnsures that the quantity of customer orders are evaluated each day for successful execution to meet the demand for Curbside Pick Up and Local Delivery requestsExecutes all daily tasks so that all orders are completed on timeCommunicates and follows up with customers on issues regarding their orders, all the way through resolutionManages the stockroom ensuring it is organized and well-maintained to support visual and selling efforts of the storeAdheres to the time expectations established for the role, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness, while exhibiting pace and attention to detailMaintains and down stocks the Elfa product area in the Stock roomPerforms daily locations audits on customers' ordersExecutes changes to staging locations and Elfa Pull SequenceReviews and takes timely action on the Product Not Arriving as Expected ReportIdentifies and helps to develop a strong, efficient order processing team that contributes to a positive customer experience with Curbside Pickup and Local DeliveryUnderstands our sales goals and holds them self and the staff accountable for achieving those goalsLeads the salesfloor and performs other tasks or duties in partnership with the ManagersActively engages with customers to solve their organizational challengesWe believe in taking care of our team.
