Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting at Level II or above
• Attend high-risk deliveries and respond appropriately to complex neonatal needs
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill or premature newborns, implementing care plans as directed
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• NRP Advanced certification required
• Minimum 1 year of current experience in high-risk delivery attendance in a Level II NICU or above
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in neonatal care
