This rhythm gives you the tools, connection, and autonomy you need to make a real impact.Overview:As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will support the ongoing improvement and effective operation of business systems supporting Sales, Marketing, and other business units within the lead-to-customer process. With a strong functional and technical understanding of assigned business applications, you will collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to understand business needs, resolve system issues, and deliver process improvements. You will research trends, analyze data, and make recommendations that improve system usability, efficiency, and data quality. Working within the team and with cross-functional partners, you will administer, configure, test, and support integrations, automations, and enterprise applications. The BSA III will independently manage assigned work while escalating complex issues and contributing to team standards and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Support day-to-day operational aspects of assigned business systems, including administration, configuration, training, and documentationApply established best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvementAnalyze business processes across the organization and identify areas for improvement and automationPartner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements for execution using agile methodologiesParticipate in ticket triage and provide input into backlog prioritization for managed systemsCreate and maintain workflow diagrams, data models, and other analysis artifacts to support development and decision-makingConfigure and build integrations and automations using approved native integrations, platforms, and development approaches, with guidance for complex solutionsExtract, scrub, quality control, normalize, and model data, following guidelinesComplete assigned tickets including functional/technical development, testing, review, UAT, and deployment while communicating progress and blockersDeploy changes outside of normal business hours as necessary to minimize disruptionEngage vendor support via designated channels and field escalationsPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Required Education and Experience:5+ years relevant work experience in Business Systems administration and integration Experience analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and workflows supporting Sales, Marketing, and other related Revenue teamsDemonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, elicit requirements, and document functional and system requirements in an agile environmentExperience extracting (eg: SQL), translating, and presenting data as well as modeling data for integration, automation, reporting, and dashboardsExperience contributing to cross-functional projects using established project management or agile methodologiesPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with and administration of multiple business systems across the spectrum, such as CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo), data enrichment (Zoominfo, Clearbit), automation/integration middleware platforms (eg: Workato, Tray.io, Boomi)QA/testing experience, including end user acceptance (UAT) testingAdditional Eligibility Qualifications:Certifications are welcome!Experience working in a systems implementation practice, management consulting firm, or fast-growing SaaS environment (a plus!)We seek candidates who not only demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies but have also successfully implemented and utilized AI tools to enhance their work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results.
