Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required 1+ Years of Outpatient Ortho experience 1+ Years of experience utilizing Manual Therapy Techniques BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience treating 14-16 patients per day 2+ Years Experience practicing as a physical therapist 2+ Years Experience treating sprains/strains/fractures
