4:30pm-8:30pm, Some Weekends Required

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members

• Provide accurate and timely assistance to residents and families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all

• Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and other documents as needed

• Support administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Receptionist Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Availability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
