Immunology Therapeutic Specialist Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals. Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies. Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory. Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines. Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients. Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market. Operate with integrity and ensure activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred. Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/specialty sales or related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience. Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market (strongly preferred). Strong clinical acumen; ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information. Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. Preferred experience/skills Launching a new product or indication; knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways. Experience with CRM/digital sales platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce). Experience engaging patient advocacy organizations. Advanced clinical degree (e.g., PharmD, PA, NP).
