In this position, you’ll provide hands-on support directly in the school setting while collaborating with families, educators, and community partners to promote resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.### ### ### ### **What You'll Do*** Deliver individualized behavioral health interventions aligned with treatment goals in a school-based setting* Support students in building coping skills, improving social-emotional functioning, and developing daily life skills* Partner with schools, families, and community providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care* Manage a caseload while maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant documentation* Provide crisis intervention, follow-up support, and outreach when needed* Conduct home visits to strengthen engagement with youth and families* Assist with quality assurance efforts, data tracking, and program compliance* Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities* Adapt to evolving student needs while supporting program goals through collaboration and flexibility### ### ### **Why Join Us?
