Print Production & Business Consultant / Regional Field Support Greater Houston Area and Louisiana (Field-Based) $55,000 – $60,000 + Performance Bonus Full-Time | Monday–Friday Looking to get out of the print shop without leaving the industry? Overview Are you experienced in printing, graphic design, or print production and ready to step out of the shop and into a more strategic, consulting and support role? Minuteman Press International is looking for a Print Production & Business Consultant to support and coach franchise owners across the Greater Houston Area and Louisiana . In this role, you’ll use your industry expertise to help business owners increase profitability, improve operations, and grow their customer base. This is a consulting and advisory role—not a production or inside sales position. What You’ll Do As a Field Support Representative, you will partner with franchise owners to: Improve sales performance and business profitability Identify opportunities for growth and customer acquisition Analyze workflows and recommend operational improvements Support print production processes and efficiency Provide guidance on equipment utilization and shop performance Advise on graphic design, file setup, and Adobe Creative Cloud Train and mentor owners and staff on best practices Conduct regular on-site visits across the Greater Houston Area and Louisiana Build strong relationships with franchise owners as a trusted business advisor Who We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in: Commercial or digital printing Graphic design Strong understanding of print shop operations Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Fiery Command Workstation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Preferred Experience Print shop management or supervisory experience Ideal Backgrounds: Print Shop Manager, Production Manager, Graphic Designer, Print Specialist, CSR, Sales Rep (Printing/Marketing Services) Why This Role Stands Out No daily production work Opportunity to influence multiple businesses instead of just one Build long-term relationships as a strategic advisor and partner Variety, independence, and meaningful impact $55,000 – $60,000 base Performance-based bonuses Benefits Package 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Vehicle allowance + fuel reimbursement Company laptop and phone Paid travel expenses Paid time off + holidays Ongoing training & career growth opportunities Schedule & Travel Full-time, Monday–Friday Daily local travel (Greater Houston Area and Louisiana) Occasional overnight travel About Minuteman Press Minuteman Press International is the world’s leading printing, marketing, and design franchise, with over 1,000 locations worldwide.
