Responsibilities The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for the targeted client population; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. Qualifications Minimum of a Masters Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university. Current LPC/LCSW licensure. A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescent and adults preferred. A basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
