Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro! We are seeking an energetic, outbound phone professional to join our team in Holt, MO.

Every homeowner you contact has requested information or an estimate—zero cold calling required. Your goal is simple: contact incoming warm leads immediately, qualify homeowners, and keep our field team’s calendars booked with high-quality appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Attack Inbound Leads: Contact new leads immediately via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule & Confirm: Qualify homeowners and book pre-screened appointments for field sales.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up on past inquiries, missed appointments, and unsold leads.
• CRM Upkeep: Maintain customer data and appointment details accurately in our database.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales, outbound call center, or telemarketing experience.
• Customer Service: 1–3 years of customer-facing experience (high-volume call center preferred).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, computer software, and Google Workspace.
• Location: Ability to report daily to regional headquarters in Holt, MO (4853 SE PP Hwy).
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday day shift).
• Tech: Personal smartphone with active data plan for company apps.
• Background: Able to pass a standard pre-employment background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience).
• Target Earnings: Performance bonus tiers ($50,000–$60,000+ first-year potential).
