Customer Care Coordinator – Warranty & Replacement Parts

Location: Venice, FL (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start
Pay Rate: $18–$22/hour

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to support builders, remodelers, contractors, and homeowners with warranty inquiries and replacement parts ordering. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality customer experience through timely, accurate, and solution-driven support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing information, processing requests, and following up on both warranty and non-warranty issues
• Respond to inbound customer calls, answer questions accurately, and resolve warranty claims in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison between internal teams (field service, sales, plant management, and engineering) and external customers to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Maintain a flexible, positive, and professional approach when handling complex customer needs and high-demand situations
• Process payment transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
• Expedite special requests to meet customer deadlines and expectations
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong telephone presence with excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
