Responsibilities As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers to provide exceptional resident care and services. Your duties will include: Supervising and directing the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and services Coordinating daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and medication management Conducting regular rounds to assess resident care and provide feedback to caregivers Communicating with residents, families, and physicians to ensure seamless care transitions Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and medication sheets Requirements Current nursing license in good standing with the State licensing board Graduate of an accredited nursing program 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Why Join Us?
