Location: Temecula, CA (Onsite)
Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic III to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong industrial maintenance background, works independently with minimal supervision, and is committed to maximizing equipment uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components.
- Perform equipment inspections and complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.
- Complete maintenance projects according to established timelines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience maintaining and repairing production or manufacturing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working a 3rd shift schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with extrusion equipment.
- Experience with E-beam equipment.
- Injection molding equipment experience.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Welding or fabrication experience.
- Military mechanical maintenance experience is highly encouraged.
