Toyota of Rockwall-Cashier/Customer Service Agent

Full Time (30-35 hours a week)

Pay: $15/hr

Monday-Saturday (Saturday Availabilty Required)

Cashier/Customer Service Agent

As our new Cashier/Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance ready to work in this fast paced, customer driven environment. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, likable and ready to make a move toward a long-term career and not just another job. Job Responsibilities/ Requirements

Understand and follow Cashier/Rental Agent processes and procedures

Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and make outbound calls

Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business

Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate team members for vehicle status updates

Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance

Receive and account for all incoming money for services rendered from all departments (i.e. credit card transactions, cash, checks, etc.) and balance to daily business reports

Keep daily inventory of rental vehicles, as well as, assigning rentals to incoming clients

Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record

Experience

High School diploma or GED; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic cash handling knowledge. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Some standard lifting will be required, up to and including 10 lbs.
