Store Customer Service Rep Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Normandy, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 7240 Natural Bridge Rd location. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently Provide outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. Qualifications Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and an easy smile Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
