Online Order Filling Team Associate

Pay and Schedule Full Time or Part Time, $16.00 - $29.00/hr. Shift may start between 4:00am – 7:00am or 7:00am – 9:00am. Additional performance incentives may apply. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Role Summary Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What You'll Do Do you enjoy shopping? Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to do just that every day. They shop for our customers and choose the right apples or cereal, filling all departments. The position is fast‑paced, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday season. They juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers. They dispense orders and engage customers.
