As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care
• Adhering to the standards of care and managing the environment to ensure resident/patient safety
• Supervising the care activities performed by nursing assistants and helpers
• Following all applicable policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 2 years experience in SNF/LTC or Med Surg settings
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
• Flexibility with scheduling, including every other weekend
• Active Michigan state CNA license
