Mailroom Assistant
We are hiring a Mailroom Assistant for a short-term production assignment in NE Portland. This role supports daily mailing operations and is a great fit for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and print mailing documentation, including pallet tags, bin tags, USPS labels, and required forms
- Process and maintain internal paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Assist the mailing lead with daily mailroom operations
- Organize materials and documentation for processing
- Help ensure mailing materials are prepared correctly and production stays on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Accurate data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
- Previous mailroom, printing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Both day and night shifts are available.
